| 摘 要： | 报道146例老年与139例中青年消化性溃疡患者,老年人消化性溃疡具有症状不典型,腹痛少,出血率高,溃疡面积大,伴随疾病多的特点。此外,老年组幽门螺杆菌(HP)检出率为77.8％,高于中青年组的56％(P<0.05),因此对老年消化性溃疡的治疗除加强胃粘膜保护及制酸剂治疗外,抗HP治疗及加强对伴随疾病的治疗也十分必要。

| Abstract: | Object: The characteristics of peptic ulcer in elderly and in adults were investigated. Metheds: Hospitalized peptic ulcer patients were divided into an elderly group (146 cases) and an adult (without elderly) group (139 cases). Results: The prevalence of atypical clinical manifestation. No abdominal pain, hemorrhage, bigger ulcer size and complications were all higher in elderly group than in adult group. The presence of Helicobacter pylori infection (HP) was significantly higher in elderly than in adult. Conclusion: The elderly patients with peptic ulcer had some special characteristics in compared with non- elderly adults. HP infection may be a cause of high rate of peptic ulcer in the elderly, thus antibiotics should be given to eradicate the HP. |
