| 摘 要： | 采用近红外光谱定性分析法对不同厂家的盐酸氨溴索片进行快速识别.用固体光纤采集了13个生产厂家的345批盐酸氨溴索片的近红外漫反射光谱,随机选择各厂家的共20批次的40个样本作为待测样组成验证集,用于评价模型预测效果,其余662个样本作为校正集,建立定性识别分析模型.结果表明,所建模型可用于盐酸氨溴索片的快速识别分析. |

Rapid Identification System for Ambroxol Tablets by NIR |

| Abstract: | A rapid identification system for ambroxol tablets from different manufacturers using NIR was developed. NIR spectra of 345 batches of ambroxol hydrochloride tablets from 13 manufacturers in China were recorded using optic fiber. 40 samples of 20 batches selected randomly were used as validation set, while the remaining 662 samples were used as training set. The developed identification system was successfully used to identify ambroxol hydrochloride tablets from different manufacturers. |
