| 摘 要： | 本文采用ＰＨ滴定法测定甲硝唑原料药的含量，先向甲硝唑中加入过量定量的直 ，再用ＮａＯＨ认回滴至指定ＰＨ，以△ＶＮａＯＨ对甲硝唑 度Ｃ制定工作曲，线性关节在０．８ｍｇ／ｍ１－４．８ｍｇ／ｍ１范围内良好。 |

| Abstract: | Metronidazole was determined quantitatively by pH titration method. First overdose and quantitative 0.05mol/L HCl was added to metronidazole; then, it was titrated by 0. 1mol/L NaoH at the pH that had been designated. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 100.7% and 0.37%, respectively.The result was satisfactory. |
