齐拉西酮和奥氮平治疗精神分裂症临床对照研究

目的：比较齐拉西酮和奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性.方法：将68例精神分裂症患者随机分为2组,各34例,分别单用齐拉西酮和奥氮平治疗8周,分别于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6、8周末采用阳性和阴性症状晕表（PANSS）评定疗效,用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应.结果：两组间PANSS总分、阳性症状、阴性症状及一般病理症状各因子分相比差异无显著性（P〉0.05）.奥氮平的主要不良反应为嗜睡,体重增加.齐拉西酮的主要不良反应为心电图QTc间期延长.结论：两药治疗精神分裂症均有良好疗效,且安全性较高.

Control Study of ziprasidone and olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety between ziprasidone and olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.
