正常组织和瘢痕组织中黑色素细胞超微结构的对比研究

摘    要:目的:观察正常组织和瘢痕组织中黑色素细胞超微结构的区别,探讨在烧(创)伤后黑色素细胞在瘢痕形成过程中的作用。方法:用JEM2000-EX型透射电子显微镜观察正常组织和瘢痕组织细胞的超微结构。结果:透射电镜下可见瘢痕组织中黑色素细胞有较多的黑素小体,基底层细胞多为黑色素细胞,而且角质细胞内有大量的黑素颗粒。正常组织中基底层黑色素细胞较少,且角质细胞嗜取的黑素颗粒也较少。透射电镜下培养的瘢痕黑素细胞内有大量的2-3期黑素小体,而正常黑色素细胞的黑素颗粒较少。其它细胞器结构两者无明显差别。结论:烧(创)伤后,黑色素细胞生存的微环境发生改变,引起黑色素细胞增生、迁移、大量分泌黑素,促进瘢痕形成及皮肤色素沉着。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the effects of melanocytes on the hypertrophic scars. METHODS We employed transmission microscope to observe the ultrastructure of melanocytes derived from normal tissues and hypertrophic scars. RE-SULTS We found that, in hypertrophic scars, there was much more melanosome in melanocytes, most of which was located in the basal cell layer and a great amount of melanin in keratinocytes. But in the normal tissue, melanocytes and melanin were much less. CONCLUSION Melanocyte contributes to the formation of scars and pigmentation.
