| 摘 要： | 目的对照研究足月胎膜早破与难产及母婴并发症的关系。方法选择我院住院分娩的150例妊娠足月的胎膜早破孕妇作为观察组,另随机抽取本院同期无胎膜早破的健康孕妇150例作为对照组。比较两组的分娩方式、难产因素及母婴并发症。结果观察组的难产率（42.7%）明显高于对照组（24.0%）（P〈0.01）;两组的难产因素无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;观察组发生新生儿窒息及新生儿肺炎的比例明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,但两组发生产褥感染的比例无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论应重视胎膜早破的预防及处理,防止难产及母婴并发症的发生。
