| Abstract: | A 54 year old man on long term anticoagulation (warfarin) treatment for prosthetic heart valve, developed sciatic nerve compression and femoral nerve dysfunction due to hematoma and edema in the gluteal muscles. Computerized tomography of the pelvis and electrodiagnostic studies helped in localizing and understanding the pathophysiology of the clinical signs and symptoms. |
