放射治疗剂量学数据的简明管理方法

目的:设计一种基于微机的放射治疗剂量学数据的录入、显示、查询和处理的新管理方法。方法:根据归属将测量剂量学参数进行分类使之分属不同的层次,建立一个具有层次性结构的放射治疗剂量学数据库,按照该管理思想设计一个满足临床需要的软件系统。结果:将测量剂量学数据归类成适合层次管理的数据结构,开发了具有多种数据输入方式、剂量曲线显示、数据拟合、剂量转换、简单剂量计算和打印输出的软件系统。结论:放射治疗剂量学数据分层管理方法不仅方便、直观、可靠、快速,极利于数据的查询、验证和更新,而且很容易设计成软件系统。

Simple Method for Administrating Radiotherapy Dosimetry Data Using a Personal Computer

Objective To propose a new administrating method that is more convenient for measured irradiation data to input, display, look up and process. Methods The dosimetry data were classified to a hierarchy database according to their properties and a friendly user-interface application software was developed to satisfy the clinical needs. Results A irradiation dosimetry database easily to administrate was created and a software with the functions of multifold inputting methods, dose displaying, data fitting, dose transforming, simply dose computing and printing was developed. Conclusions The hiberarchy method for administrating irradiation dosimetry is effective in data examining, checking and updating, with the advantages of convenient, intuitionis-tic, reliable, rapid and easy in programming.
