护理干预对艾滋病高效抗逆转录病毒治疗患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对艾滋病高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（HAART）患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例HAART患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组60例和观察组60例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予综合护理措施，采用HIV／AIDS生存质量表（HIV／AIDSQOL-46）调查两组患者的生存质量。比较两组患者乳酸酸中毒等药物严重不良反应的发生与生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者HAART期间不良反应发生率（16．6％）明显低于对照组（33．3％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=11．368，P〈0．05）；观察组生存质量总评分（138．25±14．13）分优于对照组（67．38±10．69）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z=-6．736，P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预可有效减少HAART患者乳酸酸中毒等严重不良反应的发生，有利于抗病毒治疗的顺利进行，从而提高艾滋病患者生活质量。

Effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in AIDS patients with highly active antiretroviral treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive care intervention on quality of life in acquired immune deficiency syndrome （AIDS） patients with highly active antiretroviral treatment （HAART）. Methods 120 AIDS patients with HAART were divided into two groups by random number table method： the control group （60 cases） and the observation group （60 cases）. The control group received conventional care, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. Serious adverse reactions such as lactic acidosis and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group （ 16.6% ） was lower than that of the control group （ 33.3% ） , and the difference was statistically significant （ x2 = 11. 368 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Score of quality in life of the observation group （ 138.25 ±14. 13 ） was higher than that of the control group （ 67.38 ± 10.69 ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ Z = - 6. 736, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce lactic acidosis and other serious adverse reactions, and is conducive to the smooth progress of anti-viral therapy and improvement of quality of life in AIDS patients.
