不同保湿处理对宫腔吸引管清洗效果的影响

摘    要:目的比较不同的保湿处理对宫腔吸引管清洗效果的影响。方法选取使用后的宫腔吸引管240件随机分为多酶清洗液组和碱性清洗液组各120件,分别采用多酶清洗液和碱性清洗液保湿处理,用隐血试验法检测保湿4,10,24h官腔吸引管的清洗效果并比较两组结果。结果两组使用4h保湿清洗目测合格率均为100%,隐血试验检测结果,两组总阳性率及宫腔吸引管各部位阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);使用10h碱性清洗液组保湿清洗目测合格率为98.3%,优于多酶清洗液组的94.2%,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。隐血试验检测结果,碱性清洗液组吸引管表面、头端、尾部阳性率分别为5.8%,11.7%,10.8%,均低于多酶清洗液组的15.8%,44.2%,23.3%,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为6.211,31.493,6.618;P〈0.05);使用24h碱性清洗液组保湿清洗目测合格率为99.2%,优于多酶清洗液组的93.3%,隐血试验检测结果,碱性清洗液组吸引管表面、头端、尾部阳性率分别为5.8%,12.5%,10.8%,均低于多酶清洗液组的16.7%,45.8%,26.7%,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为50.909,7.053,32.269,8.886;P〈0.01)。结论两种清洗液均是理想的保湿液,碱性清洗液可连续使用24h保湿效果不下降,成本相对较低,是保湿宫腔吸引管的最佳选择。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of different moisturizing methods on the cleaning of uterine suction tube. Methods A total of 240 uterine suctions tubes after used were randomly divided into multi-enzyme group and alkaline group, and two groups were respectively used multi-enzyme cleaning solution and alkaline cleaning liquid to moisturized. Cleaning effect of uterine suction tubes in fourth, tenth and twenty-fourth hour were detected by occult blood test. Results The visual qualified rate of cleaning in two groups after moisturized four hours was 100% respectively, and there was no difference in total and part positive rate between multi- enzyme group and alkaline group (P 〉 0. 05 ). After moisturized ten hours, the visual qualified rate of cleaning in alkaline group was 98.3% significantly better than 94.2% in multi-enzyme group, the positive rate of suction tube surface, tip, tail was, respectively, 5.8% , 11.7% , 10.8% in alkaline group significantly lower than 15.8% ,44.2% ,23.3% in multi-enzyme group( X2 = 6.211,31. 493,6. 618, respectively; P 〈 0.05 ). Twentyfour hours later, the visual qualified rate of cleaning in alkaline group was 99.2% significantly better than 93.3% in multi-enzyme group, the positive rate of suction tube surface, tip, tail was, respectively, 5.8%, 12.5%, 10.8% in alkaline group significantly lower than 16.7% ,45.8% ,26.7% in multi-enzyme group( X2 = 50.909,7.053,32.269,8.886,respectively;P〈0.05). Conclusions The two cleaning fluids both are ideal cleaning solution, and alkaline cleaning solution is the best choice for uterine tube cleaning for more than 24 hours moisturizing effects and lower cost.
