视知觉学习疗法治疗学龄前儿童屈光不正性弱视的效果

摘    要:目的探讨视知觉学习疗法治疗学龄前屈光不正性弱视的效果。方法选取3—8岁屈光不正性弱视患儿611名1177眼,给予视知觉学习疗法治疗,比较治疗前后患儿视力情况。结果611例1177眼戴镜视力由治疗前的(0.34±0.23)提高到(0.81±0.15),差异有统计学意义(t=5.63,P〈0.05)。视力提高2行及以上的眼数为1040只,占总眼数的88.4%。结论视知觉学习治疗是一种安全、有效的治疗学龄前屈光不正性弱视的新方法,在患儿进行视知觉学习训练治疗时给予个性化的护理措施,能提高患儿的治疗依从性和生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the visual perception study of ametropic amblyopia in children's care and treatment. Methods 611 children with ametropic amblyopia, aged from three to eight years, participated in visual perception learning therapy. And the visual condition of the children were compared before and after therapy. Results Of 1 177 amblyopic eyes, the means of Best Corrected Visual Acuity (.BCVA) pre- training and post-training were (0.34 ±0.23) and (0.81±0.15), there were significant difference in BCVA between pretraining and post-training ( t = 5.63, P 〈 0.05 ). The number of amblyopic eyes BCVA of which improved no less than 2 lines were 1 040, which accounted for 88.4% of total eyes. Conclusions Visual perceptual learning therapy is a safe and effective new method of treatment of children with ametropic amblyopia. Visual perception in children with learning and training could give individualized treatment care measures and improve children' s quality of life and treatment compliance.
