宫颈癌调强适形放射治疗与常规放射治疗的临床疗效分析

目的分析研究宫颈癌调强适形放射治疗的可行性及优势。方法 50例需放射治疗的宫颈癌患者,治疗组25例行调强适形放射治疗,对照组25例行常规盆腔外照射＋192Ir腔内后装放射治疗,分析评价比较两种治疗方案的临床疗效、不良反应等。结果两组近期总有效率分别为100%、92%,无统计学意义。不良反应：治疗组的直肠反应为32%,较对照组56%低（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义;骨髓抑制发生为36%低于对照组56%（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义;两组膀胱反应与皮肤放疗损伤的发生率相近,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论虽调强适形放射治疗与常规放射治疗宫颈癌的近期疗效相近,但IMRT较常规放射治疗降低了直肠反应的发生率及严重性,减少了骨髓抑制,从而能够顺利实施同步放化疗,提高患者的生活质量,进一步提高中晚期宫颈癌的治疗效果。

Clinical analyses of IMRT and conventional radiotherapy on cervical cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of IMRT and conventional radiotherapy on cervical ccancer.Methods 50 cases of cervical cancer were divided into treatment group(25 cases) treated with IMRT and control group(25 cases) treated with conventional external beam irradiation combined intracavitary.All patients were evaluated with the clinical efficacy,safety observation and the quality of life.Results The total effective was 100% in both goups.There was significant difference of rectal reaction and bone marrow suppression between the two groups(P <0.05),and there were no statistically significant difference of bladder reactions and skin lesions in two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the overall quality of life in patients with the treatmeat group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions IMRT and intracavitary radiotherapy is similar to the overall curative effect.There was no difference in statistically significant,but the treatment group can reduce the incidence of rectal and reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression,improve the quality of life of patients.The IMRT is a effect treatment way for the cervical cancer.
