青少年重复人工流产心身症状及避孕行为调查

目的探讨未婚重复人工流产青少年心身症状及生殖避孕状况，关注青少年生殖健康。方法对青少年文化程度、不同年龄段、性生活及流产情况及未婚青少年妇科疾病检出率等进行比较，心身行为调查采用90项症状自评最表（SCL-90）进行。结果青少年人流中高职院校人数最多，其中20-21岁为高发年龄段；首次性生活年龄小，人流次数多，而且多伴有生殖道感染，生殖避孕知识和性卫生知识缺乏、性生活活跃、流产次数多和流产间隔时间短是重复流产青少年心理健康和生殖道感染的主要危险因素。大多数有焦虑、抑郁等心理症状。结论为青少年提供性与生殖健康信息和服务，不仅能增强他们对性行为的责任感，推迟他们性行为开始的年龄，而且可提高避孕措施的使用率并减少不安全的性行为。

The survey on psychosomatic symptoms and contraceptive behaviors in youth with repeat bortion

Objective To explore unmarried repeat induced abortion psychosomatic symptoms and reproductive teenagers contraceptive status,pay attention to teenagers reproductive health.Methods Studied youth culture degree,different age,sex and abortion and young unmarried female diseases such as the detection rate,compared with 90 survey of psychosomatic behavior symptoms since the rating scale(SCL-90).Results Teenagers in the largest number of people in higher vocational colleges,including 20-21 years old for high-risk age;First sex age small,poured more frequently,and many with reproductive tract infection,reproductive contraceptive knowledge and sexual health knowledge,were sexually active,lack of abortion more frequently and abortion interval time was short repeat abortion mental health and reproductive tract infection teenagers of the main risk factors.Most had such as depression and anxiety psychological symptoms.Conclusion For young people to provide sex and reproductive health information and services,can not only enhance their sexual behavior in the sense of responsibility,to delay their sexual behavior of began to age,and can improve their utilization rate of contraceptive measures and reduce unsafe sex.
