银离子敷料结合创面负压引流技术在肿瘤患者切口脂肪液化中的应用及护理

目的探讨银离子敷料结合创面负压引流技术在肿瘤患者切口脂肪液化中的应用和效果。方法将50例因切口脂肪液化导致切口迁延不愈的肿瘤患者根据处理方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各25例进行对照研究。治疗组采用银离子敷料为伤口填充材料，以一次性使用胃导管为引流管连接负压瓶为患者进行创面负压引流治疗；对照组采用湿性愈合原理结合银离子敷料常规换药。观察比较两组患者治疗显效时间、伤口愈合时间、换药次数、换药费用。结果治疗组的治疗显效时间（6．40±1．19）d、伤口愈合时间（13．04±1．86）d、换药次数（2．16±0．37）次、换药费用（531．16±46．56）元，均较对照组明显减少（12．88±2．89）d，（21．24±3．70）d，（4．12±1．17）次，（1000．46±356．17）元]，差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为-9．901，-10．362，-8．002，-6．533；P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；治疗组伤口愈合情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论银离子敷料结合创面负压引流技术能减少肿瘤患者脂肪液化手术切口的伤口愈合时间，降低住院时间及医疗费用，提高伤口愈合质量。

Nursing and application of silver ions dressing combines with the negative pressure drainage technology

Objective To explore the effect of the silver ions dressing combines with the negative pressure drainage technology in tumor patients with incision fat liquefaction. Methods Totals of 50 cases with incision fat liquefaction for long time were divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Treatment group received the silver ions dressing combines with the negative pressure drainage technology, while control group only received the routine dressing change of silver ions dressing according to the wet principle of healing. And the cure effective time, cut healing time, dressing change times, dressing change costs of two groups were observed, respectively. Results The cure effective time （6.40 ± 1.19） d vs （ 12.88 ± 2.89） d], wound healing time （ 13.04 ± 1.86 ） d vs （21.24 ± 3.70） d ], dressing change times （2.16 ± 0.37） vs （4. 12 ±1.17）],dressing change costs （531.16 ±46.56） vs （1000.46 ±356. 17）3 between treatment group and control group, and the difference was statistically significant（t = - 9.901, - 10.362, - 8. 362, -6. 533 ,respectively;P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）;and the cure situation of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The silver ions dressing combines with the negative pressure drainage technology can reduce the cure time of incision fat liquefaction of tumor patients, reduce the hospitalization time and costs, improve the quality of cut cure.
