2011年山东省男性强制戒毒人员艾滋病知识水平及影响因素分析

目的]了解山东省男性强制戒毒人员艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及影响因素,为以后的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法]2011年5月,对山东省唯一的男性强制隔离戒毒所戒毒人员进行问卷调查。结果]调查517人,艾滋病基本知识知晓率为70.02%,其中,知道蚊虫叮咬不可以传播艾滋病的知晓率最低(47.00%),与HIV感染者共用注射器有可能得艾滋病的知晓率最高(87.23%)。艾滋病基本知识知晓率,文化程度高的高于文化程度低的,山东籍的高于外省籍的,汉族的高于少数民族的,HIV抗体阴性者高于阳性者,口吸毒的高于注射吸毒的(P<0.01或<0.05);不同年龄组间、未婚的与已婚的之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果,影响男性强制戒毒人员艾滋病基本知识知晓率的因素有为文化程度、户籍、民族,OR值分别为1.67、0.69、0.78。结论]山东省男性强制戒毒人员,特别是文化程度低、外省籍、少数民族者艾/滋病知识知晓率不高。

Analysis on AIDS-related Knowledge and Influencing Factors Among Male Drug Addicts under Compulsory Treatment in Shandong Province,2011

Objective]To explore the knowledge of AIDS and related factors among male drug addicts under compulsory treatment,so as to provide the basis for AIDS prevention in the future.Methods]A questionnaires survey was conducted among drug addicts from the only detoxification center of Shandong province in May,2011.Results]Among the 517 drug addicts,the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 70.02%.Mosquito bites can spread AIDS had the lowest rate of correct answers,only 47.00%,Sharing needles with HIV may be infected had the highest rate of correct answers,87.23%.The higher the education level was,the higher the awareness rate was.The awareness rate of investigation objects whose birthplace were Shandong province was higher than other provinces,the Han ethnic was higher than minorities,and the injecting drug group was higher than the mouth suction groups(P<0.01 or <0.05).There was no significant difference among different age groups,and between married and unmarried(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,ethnicity,household were important factors in influence of AIDS awareness,OR values were 1.67,0.69,and 0.78.Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge of drug addicts under compulsory treatment is low,especially in the lower level of education,those from other provinces,and injection drug users.
