开展优质护理服务对护士长管理效能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨开展优质护理服务对护理质量管理的影响。方法比较开展优质护理服务前后护理质量、不良事件发生率、患者满意度等护理管理指标变化情况,了解优质护理服务对护士长管理效能的影响。结果开展优质护理服务后,护理质量中特一级护理、静脉治疗管理、基础护理、病室管理、安全管理得分分别由(93.08±1.03),(94.48±0.82),(95.46±0.50),(95.30±0.68),(95.70±0.63)分上升至(95.88±0.88),(96.48±0.76),(97.29±0.59),(97.09±0.59),(97.42±0.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(t分别为-12.928,-8.697,-19.018,-14.898,-15.910;P〈0.05);开展优质护理服务后年不良事件由4件下降为1件,为实习生锐器伤。开展优质护理服务后患者满意度较前提高,差异具有统计学意义(x2=56.110,P〈0.01)。结论建立以患者为中心提供优质护理服务的护理工作模式,可有效提高护理质量及患者满意度,打造活力团队,促进护士长管理效能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of carrying out the high-quality nursing service on the management efficacy of head nurses. Methods Nursing management index such as nursing quality, the incidence of adverse events, patients' satislaction and so on were observed and compared before and after carrying out high-quality nursing service. Results Quality of care was improved, before carring out the high-quality nursing service, the average score of special first class nursing care, intravenous therapy management, basic nursing, ward management, safety management was ( 93.08 ± 1.03 ), ( 94.48± 0. 82 ), ( 95.46± 0. 50 ), (95.30 ± 0.68), ( 95.70 ±0.63 ) respectively, and after carring out, that was ( 95.88 ± 0. 88 ), ( 96. 48 ±0. 76), (97.29 ± 0.59 ), (97.09 ±0.59 ), (97.42 ± 0.57 ), and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events decreased from four to one. Conclusions Establishing the high-quality nursing service of patient-centered nursing care model can effectively improve the quality of care and patients' satisfaction, build dynamic team and promote the efficient management for head nurses.
