预见性护理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用

目的探讨预防老年住院患者跌倒发生的有效护理管理方法。方法对2009--2010年收治的65岁以上住院患者实施预见性护理干预，与实施常规护理患者（2008年）进行对比，比较跌倒发生率情况及对护理工作的满意率。结果老年住院患者跌倒发生率2009年与2008年同比下降了0．93‰，2010年与2008年同比下降了0．8‰；对护理工作的满意度2009年比2008年提高了3．9％，2010年比2008年提高了3．8％；实施预见性护理后老年住院患者跌倒发生率及对护理工作的满意度与实施前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施有效的预见性护理干预，在预防老年住院患者跌倒中具有重要作用。

Application of anticipatory nursing in the prevention of falls among elderly hospitalized patients

Objective To explore the effective of nursing management method to prevention the falls in elderly patients. Methods Patients above 65 years old from 2008 to 2010 were admitted in shanghai tongii hospital, patients from 2009 to 2010 were considered as intervention group, patients in 2008 were considered as control group. Intervention group implemented anticipatory nursing, while the control group received traditional nursing,then, the incidence of falls and satisfaction of nursing work in elderly patients between two groups were compared. Results There was significantly difference between two groups in the incidence of falls and satisfaction of nursing work （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared 2009 with 2008, the incidence of falls decreased by O. 93‰, compared 2010 with 2008, decreased 0.8‰. Compared 2009 with 2008, satisfaction of nursing work increased by 3.9%, compared 2010 with 2008, increased by 3.8%. Conclusions Implementation of anticipatory nursing play an important role in fall prevention for elderly patients.
