乳腺癌患者术前焦虑与社会支持的相关性及护理策略

目的探讨乳腺癌患者术前焦虑与社会支持的相关性及护理策略。方法选取住院行手术治疗的女性乳腺癌患者50例为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、社会支持评定表（SSRA）调查其焦虑水平和社会支持状况，并分析焦虑与社会支持的相关性。结果本组患者术前焦虑及社会支持平均分值分别为（45．38±3．93），（46．20±5．20）分，明显高于国内常模的（29．78±0．46），（34．75±2．59）分，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为28．01，15．56；P〈0．01）；社会支持及其客观支持、主观支持与术前焦虑呈负相关（r分别为28．01，15．56；P〈0．01）。结论获得较多社会支持的乳腺癌患者焦虑水平较低，临床护理工作中应将社会支持作为护理干预的手段之一，帮助患者减轻术前焦虑情绪，以积极的心态面对疾病和治疗，促进康复。

Research of correlation between the preoperative anxiety of breast cancer patients and social supports and nursing strategies

Objective To study the correlation between the anxiety of the preoperative breast cancer patients and social supports and search for better corresponding nursing strategies. Methods The level of anxiety and social supports status of 50 patients with the preoperative breast cancer were evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Social Support Scale （SSRS）, and correlative anglysis was used to study between the anxiety and social support. Results The anxiety average score （ 45.38± 3.93 ） of the preoperative breast cancer patients was significantly higher than the average （ 29.78 ± 0.46 ）. The average score of social support （46.20 ±5.20 ） was higher than the average （ 34.75 ± 2.59 ）, the difference was statistically significant （ t = 28.01,15. 56, respectively; P 〈 0. 01 ）. Total social support, the objective and subjective social support were negatively correlated with the anxiety of the preoperative breast cancer patients （r =28. 01,15.56,respectively;P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Get more social support of breast cancer patients with lower levels of anxiety, clinical nursing work should include social support as a nursing intervention is one of the means, to help reduce preoperative anxiety in patients with a positive attitude to face the disease and treatment, promote the rehabilitation.
