36例肺炎合并心衰重症患儿的临床救治体会

目的观察并探讨肺炎合并心力衰竭重症患儿的临床综合救治效果,优化治疗方案。方法 36例重症患儿施以氧疗、抗感染基础上,重点给予强心扩管、利尿、营养心肌、支持性护理等措施,对比观察治疗5天后患儿肺功能、心功能、生理生化指标的改善状况。结果经综合治疗后,患儿临床症状和体征、呼吸功能、心脏射血功能、生化指标均基本恢复正常,较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01);未出现死亡病例。结论对肺炎合并心衰患儿的救治关键在于控制炎症基础上改善心脏功能,纠正心衰。重症患儿救治过程中要持续监测、密切观察。

Clinical effect of comprehensive treatment on 36 cases with pediatric pneumonia complicated with heart Failure

Objective To observe clinical effect of comprehensive treatment on children suffering from serious pneumonia complicated with heart failure to optimize the therapeutic schedule.Methods Based on oxygen therapy and anti-infection treatment,36 cases accepted cardiac stimulant,cardiotrophin,diuresis and supportive nursing.Comparative study was conducted on improvement status of pneumonia & heart function,physiological & biochemical indicators after treatment for 5 days.Results The children’s clinical symptoms and functions of heart and lungs came back to normal after comprehensive treatment(P<0.01),and no cases died from pneumonia and heart failure.Conclusion Improving cardiac function and correcting heart failure in basis of controlling inflammation are key points in treating children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Continued surveillance and frequent observation are necessary during the treatment process.
