| 摘 要： | 对原发性食管腺癌的外科治疗和综合治疗分别进行了探讨。方法１９７５年～１９９４年间手术治疗原发性食管腺癌２９例，单纯腺癌１８例，腺鳞癌１１例。结果术后仅２例生存超过３年，预后均较食管鳞癌差。结论采用以手术为主的综合治疗可望提高原发性食管腺癌患者的生存中。

| Abstract: | Objective surgical treatment and combination therapy were discussed respectively for the pupose of raising the survival rate of patients with primary esophageal adenocarcinoma. Methods 29 cases were treated in our hospital from 1975 -1994. They were adenocarcinoma simplex ( 18 cases )and adenosquamouse cell carcinoma ( 1 1 cases ) . Result Two cases of them survived more than 3 years, the prognosis was worse than that of the squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Conclusion The survival rate of patients with primary esophgeal adenocarcinoma could be raised by using combinative therapy treatment and giving priority to operation. |
