| 摘 要： | 目的：观察几种促渗剂对一贴灵贴剂的抗炎镇痛疗效，确定最佳促渗剂。方法：采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿和角叉采胶致大鼠足趾肿胀，用中药贴剂联合促渗剂观察抗炎作用及镇痛效果，比较4组贴剂的作用强度和起效时间。结果：月桂氮卓酮与冰片联合促渗剂加贴剂的抗炎镇痛作用最强，起效时间最短。结论：月桂氮卓酮与冰片联合促渗剂是中药外用制剂的最佳促渗剂，可广泛推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of several osmo promoters in Yitieling paster on anti inflammation and analgesic, and define the best one. Methods: Four groups (drug group, drug borneol group, drug laurocapram group, drug borneol laurocapram group) of paster were applied to treat the edema ears of mice induced by xylene and swollen toes of mice induced by carrageenin. Their effect intensity and time were compared. Results: The paster prepared by combined osmo promoter, borneol laurocapram, possessed the strongest anti inflammation and analgesia effect. Conclusion: The combined osmo promoter is an excellent transdermal absorbent for making Chinese plaster. |
