| 摘 要： | 目的对氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的有效性和安全性进行评估。方法将60例UAP患者随机分为治疗组(氯吡格雷+阿司匹林组)和对照组(阿司匹林组),治疗4周观察心绞痛缓解程度、心血管原因死亡、急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭、各种出血发生的情况及静息心电图ST-T的变化。结果所有观察指标观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组的各种出血无增加。结论氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合使用治疗UAP有良好效果,且安全性高。
