| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨减少严重烧伤患不良心理的方法。方法：随机将102例严重烧伤患分为两组，对照组50例采用常规护理，实验组52例除常规护理外，针对患不同的心理压力进行心理护理。结果：实验组患有心理压力明显少于对照组，对烧伤整形知识的了解比对照组多。结论：有效的心理护理和烧伤整形知识的宣教可减少患的心理压力，促进康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for method to reduce unfavourable mood of severe burning patients.Method:102 cases nere divided into two groups,50 in control group receive routinal nursing method;52 cases in experiment group receive psychological nursing besides routinal nursing.Psychological burdern were significantly lower in experiment group.Result:Conclusion:Effective psychological nursing and related health education about burning plastic knowledge can reduce psychological mood of patients. |
