吡唑衍生物在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展

恶性肿瘤已成为日益常见且严重威胁人类生命和生活质量的顽病之一,长期以来,各国政府及科研机构都对肿瘤的研究予以高度重视。目前对肿瘤的治疗已取得了重大进展,其中,发展最快当属药物治疗,它已成为现今临床治疗肿瘤的重要手段之一。吡唑环作为杂环化合物中的一个重要分支,以其高效、低毒、广泛的生理活性等优势,逐渐进入了药物化学研究者的视野。针对其抗肿瘤活性,药物化学家研究者吡唑环进行了大量的结构修饰和生物活性评价。本综述对吡唑衍生物在抗肿瘤方面的研究进行了比较详细的阐述。

Advances in the Research of Pyrazole Derivatives with Antitumor Activity

Since malignant tumor has become increasingly common and serious threat to human life,governments and research institutions always pay serious attention to the tumor research.There has made significant progress to the tumor therapy,among them,drug therapy is the fastest-growing one,and it has already become an important way of clinical treatment of tumor.Pyrazole derivatives with their high efficiency,low toxicity and a broad range of physical activity,come into drug chemist’s sight gradually as an important branch of the heterocyclic compounds.In view of its antitumor activity,drug chemists have conduct a large number of structural modification and biological activity evaluation to the pyrazole ring.This review focus on pyrazole derivatives in antitumor research which was recently approved in recent literatures.
