米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在困难宫腔操作中的应用

目的：探讨降低难度较大的宫腔操作的手术风险的有效方法。方法：本文381例有宫腔操作困难的患者采用术前应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇．再行手术，观察镇痛效果、宫口松弛、手术时间、出血量及人流综合征的发生率。结果：本组病例无1例发生人工流产综合征，且手术时间短，病人疼痛轻及出血少。结论：在难度较大的宫腔操作术前应用米非司酮和米索前列醇，效果好，能有效降低手术风险，减少术时、术后并发症，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Mifepristone and Misoprostol application in difficult intrauterine manipulation

Objective: To discuss the measure of reducing the risk in difficult intrauterine manipulation. Method: 381 cases with difficult factors were given Mifepristone and Misoprostol orally before the operation. Pain feeling, cervical os dilatation, operation time, bleeding volume and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome (RAAS) were observed. Result: There is no case arise reaction artificial abortion syndrome and operational time was short, the feeling of pain was light and bleeding volume was little. Conclusion: Combined use Mifepristone and Misoprostol before the operation can make the difficult intrauterine manipulation easier and effectively. This method worth spreading to use in clinic.
