| 摘 要： | 用Ｈｏｌｔｅｒ检测了５０例伴糖尿病的冠心病患者的心率变异性（ＨＲＶ），并与６０例非糖尿病的冠心病患者及４６例正常对照者进行对比分析。由此提示，糖尿病患者并发自主神经功能失调时心血管并发症的预后较严重。

| Abstract: | Heart rate variability(HRV)was measured in 50aged patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)and diabetes mellitus (DM),and was compared with 60patients with only CHD and 51 normal controls. The results showed that in patients with both CHD and DM ,the HRV index was significantly lower than that in patients with CHD only and normal controls (P<0.01),and the incidence of silent myocardial inchemia (SMI) was apparently higher than that in patients with CHD only(24 %v.s.10% ,P<0.05).Among the patients with both CHD and DM,those with HRV index <25 had a significantly higher incidence of SMI and total number of SMI attacks and a longer duration of individual SMI attack than those with HRV>25(P<0.05).It is suggested that the presence of autonomic neuropathy in diabetes mellitus may indicate a serious prognosis of the cardiovascular complications. |
