辅助切口在小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术中的应用

目的:探讨辅助切口在小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术中应用之临床价值。方法:回顾性分析:选我院82例(82眼)采取小切口联合辅助切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术患者做为观察组,同时选80例(80眼)无辅助切口的小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术患者做为对照组,观察术后视力变化,术中、术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组术式术后视力均较术前有明显提高,有显著差异,而术后视力二者相当,无显著差异;观察组术中虹膜脱出,虹膜损伤,术后角膜水肿,高眼压等并发症的发生率均较对照组明显降低,有显著差异。结论:辅助切口在小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术中应用,易于手术操作,可减少手术并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。

Application of auxiliary incision in small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation

AIM: To explore the clinical application value of auxiliary incision in the small incision extracapsular cataract extraction (SINS) and IOL implantation. ·METHODS: Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 82 patients (82 eyes) in our hospital, who were taken scleral tunnel incision and auxiliary incision SINS and IOL implantation. Eighty cases (80 eyes) of SINS and IOL implantation without the auxiliary incision as controls. The changes of visual acuity after operation and the complications occurrence during operation and after operation were observed. ·RESULTS: Visual acuity of two groups were markedly improved, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The incidence of complications such as the iris prolapse, iris injury, after corneal edema, high intraocular pressure, was lower in the auxiliary incision group than those in the control group. There was a significant difference. ·CONCLUSION: The application of the auxiliary incision in SINS and IOL implantation is easy for surgery practicing and reduces surgery and postoperative complications.
