| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IGF-1是否影响人牙周膜干细胞的成骨能力。方法分离、培养牙周膜干细胞,实验分为两组：对照组和实验组（经IGF-1诱导）,进行矿化能力检测、实时定量RT-PCR检测、ALP活性检测。结果实验组人牙周膜干细胞体外矿化能力明显强于对照组。实验组人牙周膜干细胞Runx2,Collagen type I,Osteocalcin的表达以及ALP活性明显高于对照组。结论 IGF-1影响人牙周膜干细胞在体外的成骨能力。
