| 摘 要： | 目的分析ICU脑外伤昏迷患者肺部感染的原因,并总结护理对策。方法回顾性分析2008年9月-2010年8月本院ICU收治的120例脑外伤昏迷患者发生肺部感染的情况,并总结护理要点。结果 10例患者发生了肺部感染,发生率为8.33%。经对症治疗和护理后,全部患者痊愈出院。结论 ICU脑外伤昏迷患者易于出现肺部感染,护理人员应该熟悉导致患者出现肺部感染的原因,并进行针对性的护理干预,其有利于降低患者肺部感染的发生率,提高患者的护理质量及治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing intervention on the pulmonary infection of ICU coma patients from traumatic brain injury. Methods one hundred and twenty coma patients from traumatic brain injury from September 2008 to August 2009 were selected. Incidence of pulmonary infection were analyzed.
