综合护理干预对急性脑卒中病人康复的影响

目的] 探讨护理干预对急性脑卒中病人康复的影响.方法]将90例急性脑卒中病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例.对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组在此基础上采用全程护理干预措施,即心理干预、认知干预和行为干预.干预前、干预后对病人的日常生活能力和心理状况进行评定,分别采用Barthel指数(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定,并与对照组比较.结果]2个月后两组病人的BI、FMA、HAMD评定结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]综合护理干预可更好地促进急性脑卒中病人的肢体功能康复,改善病人的负性情绪,提高病人对治疗护理的依从性,提高病人的生活质量.

Influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of acute apoplexy patients

Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of acute apoplexy patients. Methods: A total of 90 acute cerebral apoplexy patients were divided into test and control group randomly 45 cases each. Patients of control group were accepted traditional nursing mode. And besides that, full range nursing intervention measures including psychological intervention, cognitive intervention and behavior intervention were given for test group cases. The activity of daily living and psychological state of patients were evaluated before and after intervention by adopting Barthel Index (BI), Fugl-Meyer athletic function scoring (FMA) and HAMD and were compared with control group cases. Results: There were statistical significant differences in terms of BI,FMA and HAMD evaluation outcomes between both group cases two months later (P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could enhance the limb functional rehabilitation of acute apoplexy patients and improve their negative emotion. It could enhance their compliance on treatment and nursing and quality of life of patients.
