摘    要:目的探讨建立食品污染物监测体系的必要性、现实意义和方法,并对建立体系的效果进行评估。方法设立食品监测哨点,定期抽检粮食、蔬菜、食用油、禽畜肉及内脏、豆制品、调味品、海鲜等样品,按国家标准方法进行检验,并对结果进行分析。结果监测结果能较准确地反映当地食品污染状况。结论建立食品污染物监测体系,对预防食源性疾病、保障食品安全具有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective The practical significance and methods to set up a food pollution surveillance and analysis system were studied and the effectiveness was evaluated. Methods Food pollution surveillance and analysis sites were established.Regular examination of various foods and determination of the samples according GB were performed. Results The Reports reflected the fact condition of pollutions in food stuffs. Conclusion To set up the system for analysis the pollutions in foodstuffs can prevent the food-origin disease and ensure food safety.
