多肽-Fe对小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究多肽-Fe对四氯化碳(CCl4)引起的小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:用CCl4(50mg/kg.d)灌胃造成小鼠急性肝脏损伤模型,将多肽-Fe分为低、中、高剂量预防组,分别为67.5mg/kg·d、675mg/kg·d、2025mg/kg·d喂饲小鼠30d,观察其对血清ALT、AST和ALP及肝脏TG、TC、GSH、MDA和SOD的影响。结果:与模型组相比,多肽-Fe可显著降低血清中ALT、AST、ALP活性和肝脏中TG、TC、MDA含量(P<0.01),提高肝脏中GSH含量(P<0.05),以中剂量组最为有效。结论:多肽-Fe对CCl4引起的小鼠肝脏氧化损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effects of polypeptide-Fe on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice. Method:Mice model of acute hepatic injury was set up by CCl4 ig (50mg/kg·d ). and fed with polypeptide-Fe 67.5 mg/kg·d, 675 mg/kg·d and 2 025 mg/kg·d for 30 d respectively. The effects on serum ALT, AST, and ALP and liver TG, TC, GSH, MDA, and SOD avtivities were observed. Results: Polypeptide-Fe decreased the activities of ALT, AST, and ALP in serum and the levels of TG, TC, and MDA in liver, and increased the level of GSH in liver. Middle dosage group of polypeptide-Fe was the most effective one. Conclusion:Polypeptide-Fe showed significant antioxidant ability in protecting acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
