| 摘 要： | 25例甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)伴腹泻和14例甲状腺功能减退(甲减)伴便秘患者的直肠肛门生理功能测定显示，甲亢患者肛管静息压和收缩压，排便初始感觉阈值和最大直肠耐受容量明显低于21例正常对照组者。甲减患者这些测定值与对照组差异无显著性。

| Abstract: | Compared with the correspondent p ar ameters in 21 normal controls, maximal anal resting and squeezing pressures, re ctal sensation threshold for impeding evacuation and maximal tolerable rectal vo lume were significantly lowered in 25 patients with hyperthyroidism, but no diff erences of these parameters between controls and patients with hypothyroidism we re detected. |
