| Abstract: | The construction of hospital culture is important in the hospital management. In this article, by analyzing the implication of hospital culture and the relation between the hospital culture and the hospital competitiveness, it is argued that to succeed in the construction of hospital culture is the only way to enhance the hospital competitiveness and promote the sustainable development. Meanwhile, it is addressed how to construct the hospital culture. |
