摘    要:目的研究金丝梅(Hypericum patalum Thunb.)体外抗氧化作用。方法以槲皮素为对照,采用DPPH法测定金丝梅总提物、氯仿(F2)、乙酸乙酯(F3)和水(F4)部位抗氧化活性。结果金丝梅总提物、F2、F3、F4均有清除DPPH自由基的能力,在低浓度和高浓度时,F3清除率最高,F4清除率最低;其中在低浓度时F3的清除率高于槲皮素的清除率。结论金丝梅总提物、F2、F3、F4的抗氧化结果为进一步研究其抗氧化活性成分及开发利用本植物提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antioxidant effect in vitro of Hypericum patalum Thunb. Methods Antioxidant capacity of the total extracts of Hypericum patalum Thunb. , chloroform fraction ( F2 ) , acetic ether fraction ( F3 ) and water fraction (F4) were determined using the DPPH assay in vitro. Results All the total extracts of Hypericum patalum Thunb. , F2, F3 and F4 showed antioxidant capacity of eliminating DPPH free radicals. At low and high concentrations, 173 showed highest clearance rate, while F4 had the lowest clearance rate. F3 had a higher clearance rate than quercetin at the low concentration. Conclusion The results of the antioxidant effect of the total extracts of Hypericum patalum Thunb. , F2, F3 and F4 provide a scientific basis to the research of active constituentd and the exploitation of Hyperieum patalum Thunb.
