| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨浆膜病理变化在贲门癌生物学行为中的意义，方法：选取不同组织学类型的贲门癌6例，卷席筒法取材，分段全部包埋，间断连续切片，HE染色，光镜观察。结果：6例巨检，腱状型3型，扁平结节型2例，多彩弥,漫型1例，累及浆膜的4例浸润范围均超过主癌相对应的部位，结论：浆膜下癌细胞的浸润较相对应的范围大，在手术治疗和判断预后时应注意此种情况。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the significance of pathological change of tunica serosa of cardia carcinoma in its biological behavior.Methods:Six cases of different histological types of cardia carcinoma were determined.All tissues were embedded with paraffin and sections were made continuously at regular internals.Results:Macroscopically,3 cases of tendenous type and 1 of coloral diffused type were seen.In 4 cases with involvement of cancerous serosa,the infiltration range was larger than corresponding one of main carcinoma.Conclusion:The infiltration extent of subserosa carcinoma was larger than that of the main carcinoma.It was important to study the lesion of serosa for operation and analysis of prognosis. |
