| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理干预对胶质瘤术后癌因性疲乏与生活质量的影响。方法将72例胶质瘤术后患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组36例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预,评估两组患者癌因性疲乏与生活质量情况。结果观察组癌因性疲乏程度评分（34.98±1.54）显著低于对照组;生活质量评分（10.64±1.61）显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论对胶质瘤术后患者实施心理护理干预,有助于减轻癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative glioma cancer related fatigue and quality of life. Methods Dividing 72 patients with glioma randomly into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group, patients in control group received routine nursing, patients in observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing, assess cancer related fatigue and quality of life situations. Results The level of cancer-related fatigue score（34.98±1.54） of observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Quality of life score（10.64±1.61） was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention in glioma patients helps reduce cancer related fatigue and improve quality of life. |
