温针灸八髎穴结合穴位注射治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床观察

目的:观察温针灸八髎穴配合黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效。方法:将42例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各21例。治疗组采用温针灸八髎穴配合黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗,对照组单纯针刺关元、中极、膀胱俞(双)、三阴交(双)、肾俞(双)。1次/d,7d为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率66.67%,经统计学检验比较两组疗效,有显著性差异。结论:温针灸八髎穴配合穴位注射治疗中风后尿失禁疗效显著。

Clinical observation of treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke by acupoint injection and baliao point with needle warming moxibustion

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke by acupoint injection and baliao point with needle warming moxibustion. Methods： 42 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 21 cases in each group.the treatment group was given baliao point with needle warming moxibustion and acupoint injection, and control group was given only acupuncture by using Pangguangshu point, Guanyuan point, Sanyinjiao point, Zhongji point, Shenshu point. Two groups were acupunctured 1 time each day, 7 days for a course of treatment, effect was observed after 3treatments. Results： The total effective rate of 95.24% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group. The statistical test to compare two groups, there were significant differences. Conclusion： Treatment of urinary in- continence after stroke by acupoint injection and baliao point with needle warming moxibustion have a significant effect.
