| 摘 要： | 目的探讨边缘型人格障碍(Borderline Personality D isorder,BPD)的亲附类型及该人格障碍的父母养育方式。方法收集BPD病例30例,采用成人亲附量表、父母养育方式问卷测量工具。结果BPD组与对照组相比,在安全和不安全类型分布上差异有统计学意义。BPD组男性与女性在安全型和不安全型的分布上没有显著差异。BPD组父亲和母亲的情感温暖因子分值明显低于对照组;惩罚严厉,拒绝否认2个因子分值明显高于对照组;差异均有显著性。结论BPD亲附类型以不安全型为主,不良的父母养育方式可能是BPD形成的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the attachment styles and parental rearing behavior of borderline personality disorder.Methods: A comparison was made between the BPD group and control group with the psycho hygiene measures:Adult attachment scale(AAS) and EMBU scale.Results:Chi-square test revealed a significant adult attachment style difference between BPD group and control group;The scores of emotional warmth/comprehension of BPD group were lower than those of the control group;The scores of punishment/rigorousness and rejection/deny of BPD group were higher than those of the control group;The differences were significant.Conclusion:The major adult attachment style of BPD is the insecure attachment and inappropriate parental rearing behavior is a probably risk factor of BPD. |
