进展期胃癌VEGF-C的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

目的研究血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在进展期胃癌中的表达,探讨其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法将88例进展期胃癌手术病例,分为伴淋巴结转移组和不伴淋巴结转移组,另设10例正常胃黏膜为对照组。应用免疫组化EnVision TM两步法检测VEGF-C的表达。结果进展期胃癌组织VEGF-C阳性表达率为52%,明显高于正常黏膜。伴淋巴结转移组VEGF-C阳性表达率较不伴淋巴结转移者更高,P<0.05。Logistic回归分析发现与胃癌区域淋巴结转移相关的自变量有4个,根据与淋巴结转移的相关联系强度及促进淋巴结转移的贡献大小,VEGF-C表达对进展期胃癌淋巴结转移贡献最大,相关联系强度较高。结论进展期胃癌组织VEGF-C阳性高表达,并与进展期胃癌淋巴结转移密切相关。

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C and its relation with lymph node metastasis in advanced gastric cancer

[Objective] To clarify expression of vascular endothelial growth factorC(VEGF-C)and its relationship with lymph node metastasis in advanced gastric carcinoma.[Methods] We classified 88 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma, divided into two groups(positive and negative for lymph node metastasis),10 specimens of normal gastric mucosa were used as control group.Simultaneously,used EnVision TM immunohistochemistry method to clarify the expression of VEGF-C.[Results] VEGF-C protein were expressed in 52%of patients much higher than control group.The VEGF-C positive rates in positive lymph node metastasis group were much higher than negative group,P< 0.05.Logistic regression analysis also show relationship of VEGF-C expression in gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastasis.[Conclusion] The positive expression of VEGF-C was high in advanced gastric carcinoma and had strong correlation with lymph node metastasis.
