数字胃肠机双对比造影诊断早期食管癌的临床价值

目的 探讨数字胃肠机双对比造影诊断早期食管癌的临床价值。方法 对临床可疑的早期食管癌患者应用数字胃肠机气钡双对比造影技术进行检查，随机抽取经手术病理证实的30例早期食管癌患者，对其X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果 病变主要表现为局部粘膜粗细不均、扭曲及中断，不规则小龛影和充盈缺损，病变区功能改变，即食管柔软度及舒张度减低，甚至消失。 结论 数字胃肠机双对比造影可提高早期食管癌的检出率，而且安全有效，有很高的临床价值。

The diagnostic value of digital gastrointestinal apparatus double contrast radiography in early esophageal carcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital gastrointestinal apparatus double contrast radiography in early esophageal carcinoma. Methods The patients with clinical suspected early esophageal carcinoma underwent digital gastrointestinal apparatus double contrast radiography. 30 cases of early esophageal carcinoma proved by Pathology histology were retrospective analyzed the X-ray phenotype. Results The lesions mainly presented local asymmetric and distorted and breaks membrance, irregular niche sign and little defect, and function change ,for example scratchability and dilatation of involved esophagus wall decreased or disappeared. Conclusion The digital gastrointestinal apparatus double contrast radiography can improve detection rate and was a safety and effection method and have higer clinical value in the diagnosis of early esophageal carcinoma.
