造成唇腭裂发病相关因素分析

目的:探讨非综合征型唇腭裂的可疑环境因素和遗传因素。方法:根据中国出生缺陷研究中心设计的唇腭裂遗传流行病学研究问卷及临床调查表,详细收集分析276名唇腭裂患者父母的生活情况及职业。结果:唇腭裂患者母亲孕期呕吐有153人,131人有服药史,被动吸烟211人,225人来自农村,工人40人。父亲吸烟229人,饮酒127人,仅1人有服药史,农民116人,工人105人。结论:唇腭裂的致病因素十分复杂。而遗传因素和母亲孕早期感染、服药、营养缺乏、吸烟、接触毒物等特定环境因素作用是其致病的危险因素。

A Study of Etiologic Factors for Cleft Lip and Palate

Objective: To explore the risk factors in the genesis of cleft lip and palate patients. Methods: Instance of life and vocations of 276 cases' patients were collected and analyzed through questionnaire and clinical investigation designed by Birth Blemish Research Center of China. Results: 153 mothers had vomit, 131 mothers have taken medicine and 211 mothers had passive smoking during their early pregnancy, 225 mothers came from country, 40 mothers were workers. 229 fathers had smoked. 127 fathers had drunk alcohol, only one have taken medicine, 116 fathers were farmers, 105 fathers were works. Conclusion: The risk factors of cleft lip and cleft palate is very complicated. Genetic factor, mother early pregnancy infection, taking medicine, lacking of nutrition, smoking, touching narcotics and other specific environmental factors all may be risk factors.
