门诊健康教育护理干预对提高溃疡性结肠炎患者生活质量的研究

摘    要:目的探讨门诊健康教育护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将2011年4月~2013年4月在我院接受治疗的68例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组患者出院后给予常规护理,观察组患者出院后实施健康教育护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果及生活质量。结果观察组患者在健康教育知识掌握程度、依从性、舒适度及满意度方面均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论实施门诊健康教育护理干预能够降低溃疡性结畅炎的复发率,可有效提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention by health education for outpatient service about the life quality of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 68 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the observation group(34 cases) and the control group(34 cases). The control group received normal nursing, and the observation group received health education nursing intervention after discharge. The nursing effect and the life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The mastered degree of health education knowledge, the adherence, the comfort degree, and the satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The scores of life quality in the observation group were better than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention by health education for outpatient service could reduce the recurrence of ulcerative colitis, the life quality of patients with ulcerative colitis could be improved effectively.
