医疗不良事件主动报告影响因素分析及改进建议

目的 对医疗不良事件主动上报消极和积极因素及改进措施进行调查,提出改进建议.方法 抽取103名医务人员进行问卷调查.结果 影响医务人员主动报告不良事件的消极因素排前3位的分别是：担心报告后同事关系受影响、担心个人名誉受损、工作太忙没有时间报告;积极因素排前3位的是有利于信息共享以减少再次出错机率、有利于完善业务和管理流程、有助于发现安全隐患;促进不良事件上报最有效的措施是有及时的改进反馈.结论 匿名方式上报不良事件、优化上报流程、及时反馈改进措施以及营造非惩罚性氛围等,可促进医务人员主动上报医疗不良事件.

Analysis on Influence Factors and Improvement Strategies of Medical Adverse Events Initiative Reporting

Objective To investigate the influence factors and improvement strategies of medical adverse events initiative reporting, and provide suggestions. Method A questionnaire survey on a total of 103 medical staff was performed. Result The top three negative influence factors of medical adverse events initiative reporting were worrying about the relationship between colleagues after the reporting, worrying about the negative Influence on personal reputation, and too busy to report. The top three positive influence factors were that it was good for information sharing and decreasing the error, it was helpful to improve the business and management process, and it was helpful to find out the hidden trouble of security. The most effective measure to promote adverse events reporting was the timely feedback and improvement. Conclusion Medical adverse events initiative reporting can be promoted by using anonymous methods, optimizing process, timely feedback improvement measures and building non - punishment atmosphere.
