目的 探讨检查医院统计数据质量的方法,提高医疗数据质量,为管理决策提供依据.方法 结合医院实际,制定严格的质控制度.针对数据产生的各个环节,组成数据链,从问题数据产生的根源出发,采用闭环质控模式,由浅入深地对不同层次数据质量进行全面检查.结果 促使全院参与质控,及时发现并纠正各环节医疗数据质量问题,有效提高医院统计数据质量.

Check and Management of Hospital Statistical Data Quality

Objective To explore the method for statistical data quality check in hospital, improve the quality of medical da- ta, provide evidence for management decisions. Method Combined with practice, strict quality control rules was formulated. Ai- ming at each link of hospital data generation, data chains were formed. Starting from the source of problem data, the closed - loop control mode was used to fully comprehensive check the different levels of data quality. Result It can encourage participation of whole hospital in quality control, discover and correct quality problems of medical data of each link in time, improve quality of hospital statistical data.
