Application of the Tracking Methodology to Improve Drugs Management in Hospital

The tracking evaluation team was established to use the tracking methodology to track the whole process of drugs from entering hospital to store, transfer, usage and adverse effect report, and then to use for continuous improvement of quality defects. The application of the tracking methodology can truly reflect the ＂patient -centered＂ concept, and can effectively promote communication and collaboration between related systems, however, it needs the joint use of other quality management tools for the best results.
