虫草胃舒康抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察虫草胃舒康(CCWSK)对急性炎症模型的影响,探讨虫草胃舒康的抗炎作用。方法选择昆明种小鼠60只,雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组,模型组、阳性对照组(25%)、虫草胃舒康低、中、高3剂量组(3.10%、6.25%、12.5%,小鼠灌胃0.2 mL/10 g,大鼠灌胃1.0 mL/100 g)。分别复制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀模型。比较用药前后动物组织肿胀的变化。结果 CCWSK高剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有抑制作用,其肿胀度降低,为4.18±0.66,与模型组比较 P<0.05,有显著性差异。肿胀抑制率高剂量组为49.81%;CCWSK中剂量组和高剂量组对蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀有抑制作用,肿胀度分别为0.77±0.38、0.73±0.12,与模型组比较P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论虫草胃舒康对大鼠、小鼠的急性炎症具有一定的抗炎作用。

Experimental Study on Anti-inflammatory Action of CCWSK

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of CCWSK on acute inflammation. Methods 60 kunming mice,50 SD rats,were randomly divided into 5 groups,model group,positive control group (25%), CCWSK low-dose group (3.1 0%),middle-dose group (6.25%)and high-dose group (1 2.5%),mice were given by intragastric 0.2 mL/1 0 g,rats were given by intragastric 1 .0 mL/1 00 g.Each groups of rats or mice were given by intragastric a certain dose of solution for 5 days,individually,one time per day;At fifth day,copy the model of mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene respectively,egg white rats foot metatarsus swelling model.Compare medication before and after the changes in the animal tissue swelling. Results CCWSK high-dose group had inhibitory effect on mouse ear swelling induced by xylene,reduced its swelling degree(4.1 8 ±0.66 ),compared with model group (P 〈0.05 ),there was significant difference.The inhibition rate of high-dose group was 49 .81%;CCWSK middle-dose group and high-dose group of rats had the inhibition induced by egg white foot metatarsus swelling,swelling degree was 0.77 ±0.38,0.73 ±0.1 2. comparing with model group P〈0.05,there was significant difference. Conclusion CCWSK has obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
