瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果分析

目的观察瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性。方法138例老年糖尿病患者使用瑞格列奈联合二甲双弧治疗（观察组），136例老年糖尿病患者单用二甲双胍治疗（对照组），比较治疗前后两组患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肝肾功能、血乳酸等指标的变化。结果观察组的降血糖、降血脂效果较对照组更加明显；治疗前后两组患者的肝肾功能和血乳酸水平均无显著变化，无乳酸酸中毒发生。结论老年糖尿病患者合理应用瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗较为安全，并可达到更佳的降血糖效果。

Efficacy of Repaglinide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Old Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of repaglinide combined with metformin in the treatment of old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 138 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the observation group who were treated with repaglinide combined with metformin. 134 cases as the control group who were treated with metformin. The changes of plasma glucose, postprandial changes in plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, function of liver and kidney, blood lactate, and other indicators before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared. Results The levels of plasma glucose and lipid of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The function of liver and kidney, and levels of blood lactate before and after treatment did not change significantly in both of the two groups. There was no lactic acidosis. Conclusion The repaglinide combined with metformin was safe and effective in the treatment of old patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and would get a better reduce effect of plasma glucose.
