儿科护理中沟通技巧的应用体会

目的总结在儿科护理当中应用沟通技巧的心得体会。方法选择158例儿科患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组两组各79例。对照组采用常规护理手段，观察组患儿在此基础上加入有效的沟通技巧，比较两组护理满意度及护理纠纷发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度及护理纠纷发生情况均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论在儿科护理当中，应用有效的沟通技巧可以提高护理质量，减少患儿护理差错的发生，更容易得到患儿家长的认可。

Application of Communication Techniques in Pediatric Nursing

Objective To summarize the experience of communication techniques in pediatric nursing. Methods 158 child patient were selected, and divided into observation group （OG） and control group （CG）, in that each group had 79 cases. CG was given usual care, while OG was given nursing with communication techniques based on usual care. We compared the degree of satisfaction and nursing disputes bwteen them. Results The degree of satisfaction and nursing disputes in OG were better than those in CG with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions In pediatric nursing, communication techniques could improve quality of care, reduce the nursing disputes, and be accepted by parents easily.
