| 摘 要： | 对61例反复呼吸道感染儿童和61例同龄健康儿童NK细胞活性及T细胞亚群进行检测,发现患儿组NK细胞活性著著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)T淋巴细胞亚群T_3,T_4有轻度降低。每日口服黄芪冲剂连续30天,患儿NK细胞活性显著性增高(P<0.01)T细胞亚群也有所改善。这种改变提示NK细。在儿童反复呼吸道感染中起重要作用,黄芪可提高NK细胞活性。

| Abstract: | We have detected their NK cell activity and T cellsubgroup betwee 61 cases children of recurrent respiratory tract infection and 61 cases same age health children.The patients were found their NK cell activity decreased quite lower than normal central group (P<0.01) and T-lymphocyte subgroup T3,T4 decreased a little.After taking oral astragalus root granule for 30 days continuously every day,the patient's NK cell activity has increased dramatically (P<0,01) and T cell subgroup has improved.It was important action that change indicated NK cell in children recurrent respiration tract infection and astragalus root can increase NK cell activity. |
